You are able to check in anytime after 15:00.
We do not offer an early check-in.
The room must be vacated by 11 AM. However, you can request a late check-out at the reception, subject to availability. You can then keep the room until 3 PM for an additional fee of €25 per room.

Breakfast is available to our guests from 7am to 10am:
- Price per adult: 18 EUR
- Price for children (up to 12 years): 9 EUR
Breakfast can be added at any time. Simply notify reception on arrival.
Children are welcome.
- Babies aged 0 to 2 are free. There is a charge only for the installation of a cot.
- Children's rates apply to ages 3 to 12.
- Children over 12 are considered adults.
- Our adult and child prices vary according to the dates of your stay.
- We do not offer a children's club.
- Children under 18 must always be accompanied by their family or a legal guardian.
The swimming pool is reserved for adults from 5 pm to 8 pm. This restriction does not apply during school vacations.

Our hotel is independent and obtained its 4-star classification in May 2023.
The SPA Verte Vallée spa offers a wide range of treatments, including :
- massages
- facial treatments
- body treatments
- body scrubs
- slimming treatments
- hair removal
- manicure
Treatment time includes undressing and dressing.
Body treatments are not available for pregnant women up to the 3rd month.
The pool area includes a sauna, hammam and relaxation room reserved for adults (over 18).
The swimming pool, with swimming pool, multi-jet pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and fitness room, is open to hotel guests from 8am to 8pm.
Outside school hollidays, access is reserved for adults from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Depending on the rate you choose, payment will be made either when you make your reservation or when you check out.
At check-in, you will need a valid credit card and proof of identity.

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking. If you do not have a credit card, please contact us.
A mandatory deposit of 30% of the value of the booking will be required at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
We do not accept payment in instalments.
Non-cancellable or non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded.
Deposits can be held for one year for future bookings up to 48 hours before your arrival date. After this time, they will not be refunded.
