Awarded a Bib Gourmand, the cuisine is skilfully orchestrated by chef Thony Billon. Based in Alsace for over 10 years, the chef of the gastronomic restaurant Les Grands Arbres in Munster creates an inventive cuisine based on quality, local and seasonal produce.
Honoured with numerous awards, including the prize for the best foie gras in 2016 and the 1er prize in the Maîtres Restaurateurs' Panier Mystère competition in 2018, Thony Billon knows how to bring out the best in every flavour. Each ingredient is carefully selected according to quality and season, then magnified by an expert brigade.

From morning till night, the refined cuisine of the restaurant Les Grands Arbres will accompany you for a day full of the flavours of Alsace.
Delicious and well-stocked, the breakfast buffet is sure to put you in a good mood. Served daily from 7am to 10am, the buffet offers a wide choice of cheeses, cold meats, boiled or scrambled eggs, pastries, fruit salad and hot and cold drinks. The highlight of this Alsatian breakfast is, of course, the famous Kougelhof.
Open from 12 noon to 1.15pm for lunch, and from 7pm to 9pm for dinner, the restaurant offers seasonal gourmet cuisine, with a menu that changes with the seasons and every month for the Grands Arbres menu. To accompany your meal, don't forget to ask the sommelier for expert advice. He has a thorough knowledge of the more than 300 wines in the cellar and can match your dishes with a glass of great Alsatian or world wine.
